The specific fabric composition is listed in the "Materials" or "Composition" section of every individual product description. We use a variety of quality fabrics, including natural fibers and high-grade synthetics, to ensure style and durability.

We offer shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and many other international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Your total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

• EU & Ireland Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing.
• UK Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: 10–20 business days after processing.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), as well as secure online payment options like PayPal.

Your card is charged immediately after you successfully place your order at checkout.

Because we process orders very quickly, please contact us immediately at support@urbante.shop within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been marked as shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of your delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

In your email, you must include the following information:

• Your Order Number (this is essential).
• The specific item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).

Our team will then review your request and reply with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Yes, for hygiene and safety, earrings, pierced jewelry, and intimates/swimwear (if the hygiene strip is removed) cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale" are also not eligible.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you use our generated prepaid label, we will deduct a flat fee of £14.99 from your total refund amount.

Once your returned items are received and inspected by our team (this usually takes 5–7 business days), your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

While we process the refund quickly, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to be officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
