Thank you for shopping with Urbante. We are excited to get your curated European pieces to you. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

 

Order Processing Time

 

All our pieces are shipped directly from our warehouse in Europe. Once you place an order, our team begins the fulfillment process.

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We offer shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and many other international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Please note that for customers within the European Union, all prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

A Note for Our UK & International Customers

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Urbante is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
