Order Processing Time

All our pieces are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in Europe. Once you place an order, our team begins the fulfillment process.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Processing includes checking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United Kingdom)

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed. All packages are fully tracked.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for UK Customers)

Since your products are shipped from Europe, we are able to provide clarity on customs fees.

  • For Customers in the United Kingdom: All prices displayed on Urbante are inclusive of UK VAT. There will be no additional customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • For International Customers (Outside UK/EU): If you are ordering from outside the UK or the European Union, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Urbante is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


 

Tracking and Delivery

  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking Activation: Your tracking number will be active and updated within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
