We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags must be attached and intact.

How to Start a Return (3 Simple Steps)

. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Step 2: Await Instructions If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship Your Item You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in curating and shipping your orders. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. This right is subject to the same eligibility conditions mentioned above (the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
